The Town Hall is located at 4 Market Street, Collinsville. Handicapped accessibility is provided by ramps, automatic doors and an elevator. The handicapped accessible entrance is located on the ground level at the rear of the Main Street parking lot. Town Hall is open for regular business Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Wednesday from 8:15 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. and Friday 8:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. except holidays. The Assessor and Town Clerk offices are closed for lunch from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
