The Senior Center is pleased to offer two new support groups that are free of charge. Marissa Bascom, a licensed therapist, will be moderating these groups on Caregiving and Life Transitions. If you are feeling alone or wondering if anyone else is going through the same, please consider joining a support group for the benefits of talking through or listening to other's journeys.
