You would think common sense would be to tell the customer to pull into the parking lot if their order is taking a while instead of backing up the line for 20 minutes.

No one can EVER get an order right no matter how simple it is! After my 3rd attempt of fixing a spicy chicken sandwich and a "manager's inspection approval" they still couldn't get it right. This isn't the 1st time this has happened either. Calling home office.
