Services such as family medicine, routine and school well-child exams, immunizations, women’s health, sick visits and family planning are provided. Troth Street Elementary Clinic is open year round, even when school is out of session. Troth Street Elementary Clinic was a part of Borrego Health, a not-for-profit organization.
