After training in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Interventional Cardiology at Yale, Dr. Sigal moved to Tyler in 1991, practicing with Cardiovascular Associates of East Texas, before founding Sigal Heart Center in 2002. In 2016 he joined the Heart and Vascular Center at Titus, where he practices general and interventional cardiology.
