Dr. Elkayam is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. He earned his medical degree from the American Medical Program at Tel Aviv University School of Medicine. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Southwest Healthcare in Temecula, CA, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Elkayam is fluent in English and Hebrew. He specializes in treating patients with Diabetes, Obesity, and Heart Disease. He also has vast experience in Geriatric, Women’s and Pediatric health, as well as outpatient procedures. He became a doctor to help people live healthier lives, and enjoys working with his patients to create customized care plans to help them reach their health goals. He is approachable and a good listener, as well as a problem solver and a strong communicator. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music, traveling and spending time with family.
