We were founded in 1969 by our friend and baseball benefactor, Carlton "Connie Mac" McWilliams. Mr. McWilliams was a local businessman, Township Recreation Board member, and avid baseball enthusiast. His goal was to create a team for young local ballplayers in York Township and the Dallastown School District. He was our first Field Manager. His efforts were instrumental in the birth of The York Township Baseball Club. Along with other local business people and fans - Phil Bowman, Everett "Ev" Clark, Elwood "Duck" Smith, etc. - they created a strong and supportive baseball environment for local young players giving them an opportunity to follow their baseball dreams.
