Wesley Hills is about 14 miles from the Tappan Zee Bridge and 30 miles northwest of New York City. It borders the Villages of Montebello, New Hempstead, Pomona, and the Unincorporated Town of Ramapo. It is approximately 4.5 square miles. The major transportation routes are 306 (north/south) and Grandview Avenue (east/west), East Willow Tree Road, and Lime Kiln Road.

Village attractions include The Atrium Playhouse, Lime Kiln Park and Willow Tree Park, which has a stocked pond for fishing, nature area, ice skating (seasonal), walking and jogging path (located off Route 306 on Willow Tree Road).

History:

Wesley Hills, originally named Wesley Chapel, named after a chapel built in 1829 by a circuit-riding preacher named James Sherwood.The northeast corner of Grandview Avenue and Route 202 was the Kakiat Airstrip. Early air-mail delivery was flown from there.
