Mission Statement:

The Upper Lake Community Council is a Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation seeking to work with local residents toward one ultimate goal - that of a healthy, caring and vibrant town both spiritually and economically.

By committing itself to projects supporting historical features of the town as well as activities, events and local commerce to enhance the economic viability of Upper Lake, the Upper Lake Community Council seeks to participate in a circle of community where residents look both inward to embrace their town and people and outward to encourage visitors to Share in Upper Lake's past, present and future.
