The mission of Upchurch Elementary School is to provide, for all students, high quality, responsive education in a caring, supportive environment, thus enabling students to attain the capacity to analyze, understand, appreciate, and solve problems. We are committed to provide students with an education that will equip them to be effective contributing members of a global society.
