The Town of Morrison is a traditional democracy, being run by a Board of Trustees with 7 volunteer members, including a volunteer Mayor. Citizens, of course, may address the Board and often do! The Town has a full-time Police Chief who oversees a part-time and volunteer staff of officers. Other town employees include a full-time clerk, who keeps the town running smoothly, a part-time judge and court clerk, part-time Deputy Clerk and Town Treasurer, part-time Museums Coordinator and staff, and full-time Public Works and Water/Wastewater Operators.
