Mission Statement:
The mission of the Tidehaven Independent School District is to develop a process of de-centralizing decisions through the collaborative efforts of teachers, principals, support staff, central office administrators, students, parents, community and the school Board. The TISD Board of Trustees believes that each individual should be accepted into the
educational program as he or she is and that he or she shall be provided with a stimulating educational environment and opportunities for learning experiences designed to promote behavioral changes that will effect continuing satisfactory adjustments to life.

To promote a sense of community in Tidehaven ISD where students, faculty, staff, administrators, parents, board members and community members assist each other in achieving their full potential.
