We are a new CSA offering shareholders a Farm Market atmosphere. Shareholders can visit each Saturday morning 9am until 12noon to select produce. Other pick up times can be scheduled, just call to make arrangements. A full share provides enough vegetables for a family of four (please let us know if you have a larger family and would require more). A half share provides enough for a couple. We are partnering with local farms to incorporate additional vegetables and fruits.

We have incorporated modern organic practices with an ancient Egyptian style farming along the banks of the Maiden Creek. The Egyptians grew their crops along the banks of the River Nile on the rich soil which was left behind after the yearly floods. The fertile soil was ideal to grow healthy crops. A similiar soil exists along the banks of the Maiden Creek. We are also experimenting with container grown herbs with the future development of a full scale solar farm. Our produce includes tomatoes, sweet corn, potatoes, eggplants, string beans, sweet peppers, beets and cucumbers.
