Recruit, retain and support highly qualified and knowledgeable administrators who, through their various professional endeavors, support the educational mission of the Academy.

Build and enhance facilities that are appropriate to the Academy's program and mission within the context of its heritage and setting.

Operate the Academy, a not-for-profit institution, on a sound financial basis at the highest level of efficiency consistent with the school's program and mission.

Provide sufficient final resources, through tuition and fees, fund raising, and endowment, for the Academy to fulfill its mission for the present and future.

Select, educate and support the Board of Trustees in its leadership role of providing the mission, governance and resources for the Academy, present and future.

Support the alumni organization, which provides for the needs of alumni who, in turn, support the Academy in the present and in the future.
