The Butler County Association for the Blind is a non-profit agency and has been in Butler County for over seventy years. We serve the blind and visually impaired citizens of Butler and Armstrong Counties of Pennsylvania.

To assist people in Butler and Armstrong Counties, Pennsyvlania who are blind or vision impaired lead more worthwhile and independent lives, and to help prevent blindness among the seeing population.
