Teams will compete for the "Taste of the Bayou" Title with locally prepared seafood dishes using Bayou Seafood. Teams can compete in 4 categories General Seafood Dish - Restaurant, General Seafood Dish -Non-Restaurant, Gumbo, or Dessert.
