Take the Next Step is a grass-roots, faith-based, non-profit organization Through our Drop-In community resource center we serve the homeless and low income residents of East Snohomish County. We offer friendship, help and hope to people of all ages…at-risk children, homeless and street involved youth and adults, and teen parents.

In 2010, we had 4,200 visits to our drop-in center and served 8,000 free meals. We do this with only four part time staff and rely on more than 140 volunteers who gave 4,800 hours of their time in 2010.

One of the great things about Next Step is how nearly 40 churches and community organizations have come alongside to help us in our work.
