Summer's Sock Animals

18520 Main Street

Summer was born and raised in Sonora, became a pre-school teacher and now is raising her son while making her sock animals from home.  She is taking her passion for sewing and turning it into a small business.  Her animal socks are just about perfect and one of a kind craft.  She was able to go on-line and find patterns; now she has made cats, dogs, pigs, cows, caterpillars, ladybugs, horses, turtles, a flamingo, dolphin, walrus, butterfly, and a monster. She makes custom sock animals by request with a certain theme, like pirate, girly Spiderman, sports, etc.

She will embroider a name on them as well. Along with making themSummer enjoys teaching childrenages 5-13 how to make them. Making sock animals has become a passion of Summer's.  Come and visit her on Saturdays at the Community Hall on Main Street where she is volunteering for Girls Club.  (Boys are welcomed)
