That they will have the gift of language of the country in which they serve.

Protection of their families.

Good health for themselves and their families.

That they will have "agape" love.

That they will have unity within their teams.

That they will have wisdom and discernment.

That they will present the gospel with boldness.

That they will maintain a "quiet time" with God daily.

That they will set priorities - what, when, where, etc.

That they will be flexible.

That they will have a high energy level.

That they will bear lasting fruit.

That they will work in the power of the Holy Spirit.

That spiritual darkness would be bound.

That God will raise up more laborers for the harvest.
