Shoaf Plantation
I have a small farm with about 2 acres in vegetable cultivation. there is about 3/4 acre in pasture for my pygmy goats and about 1/2 acre for my orchard. In my orchard/vineyard I have blueberries, blackberries, muscadines, grapes, apples, persimmons, pears and plums. In my garden I grow asparagus, beets, potatoes, squashes, corn, melons, cantaloupes, cucumbers tomatoes, eggplant, herbs, okra, chard, collards, cabbage, and broccoli. sell through a CSA here at the farm and at the Lexington Farmers Market.
