1/2 bushel basket to supply a family for a week's worth of vegetables. In June there is a variety of lettuces, greens, herbs, radishes, followed by broccoli chard, peas, beans, several varieties of summer squash, heirloom grape, cherry, and regular tomatoes of all sizes and colors, tomatillos, peppers, corn, eggplant, and cut flowers. September brings more greens, grapes, and winter squashes.

We have open shares available for the vegetable CSA. We will be providing vegetables, weekly, picked up at our house in Groton on Thursday afternoons. You will receive a half bushel basket mix of all the crops that are "on" that week. We anticipate vegetables being ready by the middle or end of June, depending on Mother Nature.

This season we are growing French radishes; slicing cucumbers; snow & snap peas; French green, & yellow wax beans; cauliflower; broccoli; Magda, Floridor, and DunDoo summer squash; eggplant (white & purple & striped); yellow gold potatoes, sweet grapes; white, & yellow grape tomatoes; black cherry tomatoes; heirloom, Celebrity, & Moskovich slicing tomatoes; purple tomatillos; chocolate, red, green, & Italian peppers; purple carrots, 5 varieties of corn; butternut & buttercup winter squashes; & pumpkins.
