Am looking to find a man named Phil, whom I met at Tropicana Express while in Laughlin, NV this past wknd (9/24 - 9/26) from the Glennville, CA area with friends.  His friend had a red pick up truck, unk make, model.   Personal reasons only - know he was in the law field, has son or daughter working at Costco.....Please help.
