The Saugerties Lions Club Foundation Inc. is a Non-Profit, tax-exempt corporation as described in Section 501 c (3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the Foundation are tax deductible, as allowed under the Internal Revenue Service Code.
