The faith community of St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, Scottdale, like our patron saint, is dedicated to proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ, both in Word and Action.

We will continue to strive to meet the needs of our members for the twenty-first century by remaining focused on fostering a heightened awareness of Message, Prayer, Service and Community.

We honor our Catholic tradition and believe in the certainty of the Eucharist as their primary celebration of our faith as we are invited to be nourished and strengthened through Word and Sacrament.

Guided by the Spirit of God, we will further God's Kingdom on earth by recognizing the gifts of each individual and the sacredness of life from the moment of conception to natural death.
