Rotary Club of Union
The Union Rotary Club is an organization of business and professional persons united worldwide who provide humanitarian service, support community service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations and help build goodwill and peace in the community and throughout the world.
Rotary participates in humanitarian, educational and cultural programs that positively impact people's lives in the Township of Union, as well as the global community. We provide support to the community through service to youth, civic promotion, scholarship programs and contributions to local community organizations. We recently held our annual Wine and Cheese fundraiser at a member's antique auto museum, raising nearly $7,000 for Union's foodbank and for a local needy family. We purchase and distribute dictionaries for every third grade student in Union's schools. We hold an annual speech contest at the high school and award 3 scholarships to the top winners. We participate in an international micro loan program that helps disadvantaged persons start small businesses.
We enjoy the weekly fellowship of members who join together to make the world a better place!
