About Us:

The Rock Island/Henry County Chapter continued its efforts toward promoting conservation through habitat improvement, land management, education, and support of the PF National Legislative Action Fund.

The Chapter owns a Woods Batwing Mower, and a Truax Seedslinger Native Grass seeder. The chapter is looking forward to 2014 with a new farm bill in place. In the last year, we furnished seed for 14 food plot projects, 1 nesting cover project, 3 controlled burns, and 4 mowing projects. The total exceeded over 200 acres.
