This is a modest start with what looks to be a ton o' potatoes (2000 lbs.) I have one subscriber, looking for 8-9 more

Farming organically since the early seventies. Registered Beefalo and one dairy (Jersey). Now focusing on vegetables as well as buiding up cattle herds. Specifically potatoes: 1/4 acre/+/-2000 lbs. looking for around ten families/csa contracts. Possible carrots and beets.
