The Plattsburgh Rod and Gun club is located on route 9 just two miles north of the Cumberland Head movie theatre. The club is next to Woodriff Pond with some excellent boating and fishing spots. Our club house offers a kitchen, two bathrooms, a meeting room and a cozy wood burning stove. The club has a 50 foot, 8 point heated rifle, pistol, and archery range. Any caliber pistol may be used on the range, but only 22 long rifle ammo is permitted for rifle shooting.

The indoor range is available only during scheduled times (please see our homepage for the scheduled times). During the warmer months, members and visitors can use our outdoor archery range along with our 3d archery course.

In addition to shooting activities, the club has several social events throughout the year including holiday parties and turkey shoots (please visit our Events page to learn more). Boy scout troops and other youth groups are welcome to use our facilities for camping at no cost.
