Our program provides one-to-one tutoring for residents of the county.We provide free adult education instruction in all subjects including computer instruction. Anyone over 17 and out of school can apply. We register adults for the GED tests given at the Newport School district.

We provide technical assistance, resources, and training opportunities to day care providers in the county.

We also provide on the job training for workers at their company through the Pa state PAWIN program.
