The newly formed PENNS GROVE Business Association has been organized to attract new businesses to the Borough, increase the number of shoppers who come to Penns Grove, and improve the appearance of the shopping district. It meets at 2 pm on the second Tuesday of each month at DiPaolo's Italian Ristorante, 28 S. Broad Street, in Penns Grove.
