Purpose And Organization :

- The purpose of the Association is to provide and promote organized youth athletics to the residents of Palmer Township.

- The purpose of the Association shall be furthered by the individual members, by the Association as a whole, or by petitions presented to the civic authorities.

The Association shall remain under the auspices of the Palmer Township Recreation Board which is appointed and supported by the Palmer Township Board of Supervisors.
