Otter River Elementary School was constructed in 1959. Currently, ORES serves 242 students in kindergarten through fifth grade. In addition to the K-5 program,
ORES also has Bedford County Center Based Programs for students with disabilities requiring functional academics and a preschool program for students with developmental
