The purpose of the Alliance is to educate manufactured/mobile home owners and residents in Oceanside, California as to their rights, and to promote their general welfare. Oceanside has "Rent Control" that allows seniors and families with low income affordable housing. California has the "California Mobilehome Residency Law" that protects mobile home owners and Park owners alike.
As we grow we will continue to add to the FAQ (frequently asked Questions) about Mobile Home Park law, rent control, state law, proposed legislation that affects those who live in mobile home parks and other items of interest concerning those who live o­n a reduced income, especially seniors and those with disabilities.
