Oak Hill Farm invites you to share in the bounty of our harvest with the purchase of a 10 or 20 week Harvest Share, June to October.

What are the benefits of a Harvest Share? Our customers tell us they purchase a Harvest Share to -- -- Put more locally grown, nutritious produce on your table -- Enjoy fresher, tastier and longer lasting vegetables -- Become more in tune with the rhythms of the growing seasons -- Receive the best value for their dollar

The Oak Hill Harvest Share is a prepaid subscription to a portion of our farm fresh, local harvest for 20 consecutive weeks from June 1 to mid October.

The Oak Hill Harvest Share is more than a fresh produce purchase. It is a means of sharing in the bounty, as well as the risks, associated with raising our own local food. In return for a share purchase, Oak Hill Farm commits to providing our neighbors with our highest quality produce at a good value.

Full Share (filled weekly), normally 6-9 items. An item may be 3 tomatoes or 1 head of lettuce or 3 medium zucchini or 1 lb. of beans etc.

Half Share (filled biweekly), same as the full share but received every other week.

Spring harvests consist of 6-8 items such as lettuce, spinach, salad and braising greens (such as Swiss chard, Pac choi, or kale), early tomatoes and others.

Summer harvests consist of 8-9 items such as lettuce, salad greens, broccoli, peppers, tomatoes, herbs, beets, carrots, new potatoes, garlic, cabbage, cucumbers, green beans, summer squash, eggplant, bulb onions and others.

Fall Harvests consist of 8-9 items such as lettuce, salad greens, tomatoes, herbs, beets, carrots, cabbage, potatoes, garlic, onions, winter squash and others. Oak Hill also offers limited quantities of cut flowers and several new varieties of vegetables from its test plots each year.

We try to honor shareholder preference for certain veggies over others. Summertime harvests often offer you a choice of items to complete the weekly share.
