Noxen Bible Baptist Church was formed in 1960 as the Independent Bible Church of Noxen with the purpose of providing an independent, fundamental, Bible based ministry to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ to Noxen and the surrounding communities. In forty years there has been many changes on and in our buildings and grounds, but the spirit of the original purpose stands unchanged.

NBBC stands today as a beacon of light in the Endless Mountains, leading men and women, boys and girls to Jesus Christ. We stand without apology for the truths of God's Word, unashamed to be identified with Jesus Christ, the author and finisher of our faith, willing to reach out with a helping hand to our community.

NBBC provides many outreach services to the community including Children's, Youth, and Adult ministries. We also provide a van ministry as a service to children and adults Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. Our Children's ministries include: Sunday School, Patch the Pirate Club, and VBS. Our Youth ministries include: Sunday School, leadership training, Youth Group, and VBS. Our Adult ministries include: Sunday School, prayer and worship services. Our various activities throughout the year are planned to pride fun fellowship for all ages in a God honoring atmosphere
