Norfolk's Noon Optimist Club is an extension of Optimist International, which is comprised of business men and women around the globe, who strive to live by the Optimist Creed.  Clubs serve their communities by helping kids.  We also support JOOI clubs, which is kids helping kids.  The Norfolk Noon Optimist club was chartered in 1993. This club meets every Friday at noon at Prenger's Restaurant.
