About Us:

The Nodaway Valley Middle School is located in Fontanelle. This facility first opened its doors in 2000. Students in sixth through eighth grade attend classes in this center. Separate from seventh and eighth grade students, sixth grade students feel at home in their own wing of the building.

In addition to their core academic classes, middle school students attend exploratory classes in ag, art, technology, and family and consumer science. Instrumental and vocal music are also a part of the day for many middle school students.

Good work is celebrated at the end of each quarter. An active student council assists in planning special events throughout the year.
