The teachers and staff at Nettie Davis and Wanda Kendall Schools are committed to providing the students who attend our schools the very best possible educational experiences possible. We are focused on fulfilling the Unit #9 Mission of partnering with parents and the community to develop the student's skills, but also to prepare our students to become responsible citizens of our community as well as of the United States.

Our schools are always open and we encourage parents and visitors to spend time observing what we are doing in our classrooms. The teaching staff of both schools are highly qualified professionals who put the needs of their students first. They diligently strive for maximum student progress and achievement within their classrooms. We accept the challenges our students bring with them each new day and we are prepared to adjust our teaching and the children's learning experiences, to meet each child's specific needs.
