Neil A. Armstrong School is located in the Lakewood Subdivision of the Village of Richton Park, Illinois. It was constructed in 1973, and since that time has had a number of additions and renovations. The additions include a gymnasium and additional classrooms. During the summer of 1996 a complete renovation of the Learning Resource Center and Computer Lab occurred. The school was completely upgraded to provide a computer infrastructure permitting the all-school networking of computers and Internet access.
