About Us:

Started in 2001, organic herbs, greens, shoots, farmers and vegetables from Columbia County, NY. Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) shares available. Farm Food.

Monkshood Nursery was started as a potted herb nursery in 2001. Two years later, Monkshood leased an 82 acre parcel of land in Stuyvesant, New York and began growing vegetables for farmers markets.

Since then, the farm has erected five greenhouses and produces salad greens and shoots year round, in addition to spring potted herbs, field vegetables, and greenhouse tomatoes! With the addition of a CSA the garden keeps on growing!

Additional: We are blessed to have Ardith Mae Farmstead Goat Cheese, Noble Foods CSA and Harrier Fields Farm to share these awesome lands with.
