Martha's Vineyard Community Services is the largest human service provider on Martha's Vineyard. The agency's roots were established in 1961, when a community mental health center was formed to serve the Island population. The mission of the agency is to improve the quality of life for island residents of all incomes and backgrounds by creating a partnership of programs within one organization devoted to providing and promoting a continuum of community-based, comprehensive quality services.
