Serving Marshall County Residents since 1975

    - In 1974 the voters of Marshall County voted to establish a Mill Levy for the Aging Program of Marshall County.
    - In January of 1975 the Aging Program began as a transportation program for the elderly only through Title III-B Federal Monies. Now, the Agency on Aging provides transportation for all residents of the county, Monday through Friday. This program is possible through a grant from the Kanss Department of Transportation.
    - In 1980 the Nutrition Meal Program began with a HUD Pilot Project for the Nutrition Site in Frankfort in January, in August one was established in Marysville and in October the third one began in Blue Rapids.  
    - Meals on Wheels were started by the Monday Volunteers in 1974 and became a part of the Aging Program in 1975
    - Provide matching funds for the Senior Care Act Program.
    - Supports and Encourages healthy independent living.
