Mariners Landing is a 1,000-acre resort community that includes three pool complexes, beaches, boat slips, accommodations, golf course, tennis courts, hot tubs, biking and walking trail, restaurant, and offers waterfront venue rentals.  As of November 2015, they became a year-round resort with the opening of their new amenities at the Cabana Activity and Fitness Center. Mariners Landing now offers members and guests an indoor heated lap pool, an indoor training and kiddie pool, 24/7 fitness center, arcade and a five-sport simulator.
