“The Mission of the Malvern Borough Police Department, through a partnership with the Community, is to fairly and impartially enforce laws of the State and Ordinances of the Borough. We shall provide a sense of safety and security by preserving public peace and order, preventing and detecting crime, and by offering services that improve the quality of life for all Members of the Community.”
