Luna Farm

Haverhill Street and Near Route 62
617-680-8335

Luna Farm is a CSA farm based in North Reading, Massachusetts. It is a two and a half acre vegetable farm managed by Lydia Sisson. Luna Farm uses organic and sustainable practices and encourages diversity. Therefore, each week you will receive at least six different kinds of vegetables. The distribution site will allow you to pick and choose between different varieties and types of vegetables.

Luna Farm is a five acre farm with four and a half acres in vegetable production; which embodies the ideals of Community Supported Agriculture. Community members may buy a share of the farm's produce and in return receive fresh vegetables weekly from Mid-June to October. Luna Farms also sells weekly into a local Co-op.

The mission of Luna Farm is to provide the community with fresh produce grown using sustainable and organic techniques and provide a holistic approach to food security and access.

Luna Farm offers vegetable and fruit CSA shares, in addition to hosting a weekly farmers market in North Reading on Thursday evenings. Currently, we are sold out of Vegetable Shares for the 2011 season, but are still offering fruit shares and pre-purchased farmers market 'bucks' (a variation of the CSA model that offers a bit more choice from week to week)
