Train and support Livermore administrative candidates

Assess District needs and make necessary changes to improve student achievement

Develop and involve teacher leaders in projects beyond the classroom

Maintain Fiscal Solvency

Conservatively manage District finances and increase reserves

Develop a multiple-year spending and savings plan

Establish an effective transition plan for Business Management

Allocate dollars available in the students’ best interest

Enhance Community Relations

Develop a plan to increase community awareness of District goals, programs, and student achievement

Improve two-way communication between District and community
