About Us:

LawnChair Theatre is a summer theatre program that has brought outdoor performances to the parks of Westchester County since 2006.  Our group of volunteers has had great fun producing 10 summers of Shakespeare. 

We feature multi-generational casts that blend professionally trained and amateur performers.  As producers and directors, our goal is to contemporize Shakespeare without rewriting him, and to create community through our work and play.
