The Kissimmee Sports Arena's Friday Night Rodeos began in March 1993. Local Cowboys and Cowgirls from all over Central Florida gather here weekly to compete for prize money and awards at the end of the year. The Kissimmee Sports Arena is family owned and operated. The Kissimmee Sports Arena and Rodeo offers you a look at a real competition rodeo. We are not just another Central Florida show. Everything here is real and unrehearsed. Practiced, yes, but rehearsed, no. Our riders and ropers are from all over the south eastern United States who love the sport of rodeo. Our cowboys compete for a cash prize at the end of the night, which unlike other professional sports, they do not get to visit the cash window unless they win. It is the sheer love of the sport and animals that brings our competitors out here on a weekly basis. Our contestants also compete for saddles and buckles that are awarded to the top contestants and the end or each year. When you decide to visit us, you will find that our arena has everything you need. A full service concession stand behind the bleachers. Visit the Saddle Rack and Kennedy's western stores before you leave to take home a souvenir from the rodeo. Western vendors and our grandstand area is covered. We spend a great deal of time making sure our facility is the perfect place to enjoy the rodeo! There is always a lot of action at our rodeo. From the antics of the rodeo clowns, to the thrill of the riders, you will enjoy yourself.
