Junior Women's Club of Somerset Hills


The GFWC Junior Woman's Club of Somerset Hills is a part of the General Federation of Women's Clubs, the world's oldest and largest volunteer women's organization. Founded in 1928, the Club continues to serve the communities of Bernardsville, Basking Ridge, Bedminster, Peapack-Gladstone, Warren and Far Hills.  The organization is comprised of local women that enjoy giving back to the community while developing friendships, and more importantly having fun.  Some of our annual events include Thanksgiving and Easter/Passover baskets for needy familes, Breakfast wtih the Easter Bunny, Wish Trees, Teacher Appreciation Cookie trays, Birthday cards for the local seniors and several other projects on a local and national level.

The main objective of the Club is to serve the community in a positive and friendly manner.  Our motto is "be sincere" and the members try to be just that through all of our projects and events.  We are always looking for new members to join our organization.The GFWC Junior Woman's Club of Somerset Hills is a part of the General Federation of Women's Clubs, the world's oldest and largest volunteer women's organization. This Club is a part of the tenth district of the New Jersey State Federation of Women's Clubs (New Jersey's division of the GFWC.)  Founded in 1928, the Club continues to serve the communities of Bernardsville, Basking Ridge, Bedminster, Peapack-Gladstone, Warren and Far Hills.  The organization is comprised of local women that enjoy giving back to the community while developing friendships, and more importantly having fun.  Some of our annual events include, Thanksgiving and Easter/Passover baskets for needy familes, Breakfast wtih the Easter Bunny, "Mr. Ray" concert, Teacher Appreciation Cookie trays, Birthday cards for the local seniors and several other projects on a local and national level.
