The JoeyDCares Rock Orchestra (JDCRO), based in Eldersburg, MD, is a non-profit community group of 7th-12th grade students and adult volunteers who perform concerts to help raise funds and awareness for area charities. Talented vocalists, string, brass, woodwind and rhythm section musicians prepare for live shows at a wide variety of indoor and outdoor venues to benefit charitable causes.
